We Could do This All Day

Rachel got these blocks from her uncle for her birthday and she could seriously play with them all day.  She lines them up and counts them.  She stacks them and destroys them.  She uses the sloped surfaces as slides for her little lego dogs.  And when she’s kind of tired or extra silly she lays down and asks us to bury her in them! She begs, “Mommy, build!” (Jim said that should have been the title of this post), and I can never deny the request. Best of all she is open to new ways of playing with these versatile blocks all the time. Our little builder.
